    Are you on the hunt for an exciting Sales opportunity?

    As a Partnership Developer, you'll play a key role in expanding our partnership network. Your main task will be to recruit new partners and engage with key decision-makers in various companies, transforming the way they do business!

    The realm of Odoo is vast, offering endless learning opportunities. With a dash of creativity, you'll be able to address your clients' pain points effectively. This role goes beyond traditional Sales and focuses on delivering tangible value to your clients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Join the dynamic Partner Development team to cultivate positive relationships and grow our partner network.
    • Engage with resellers, system integrators, ERP integrators, and digital consultancies across the EMEA region.
    • Identify and convince IT providers to collaborate with us and promote Odoo.
    • Manage a global pipeline of opportunities.
    • Initiate contact with potential partners and assess their compatibility with our business model.
    • Understand the partner's challenges and needs to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
    • Conduct personalized demonstrations of Odoo to showcase its capabilities.
    • Negotiate collaboration terms and agreements.

    MUST HAVE

    • Business acumen and a curious mindset.
    • Fluency in English, French, and any other European languages.
    • Interest or experience in Sales.
    • Passion for IT and software.
    • Strong analytical abilities.
    • Valid work permit for Belgium.
