- You have a proven experience in a leadership role within the interior construction sector or a related industry.

- You have experience with ERP systems and proficiency in managing transitions.
- You have a proven track record of driving operational improvements in SME environments, particularly in the areas of quality assurance, after-sales service, and ERP transitions.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both French and Dutch.
