- Identificeer en creëer business odds

- Met een hogere opleiding heb je een eerste ervaring in verkoop van facilitaire/industriële onderhoudsdiensten
- Je bent een commerciële "hunter" geboren
- Door je relationele kwaliteiten maar ook je beschikbaarheid bereik je bekwaam je doeleinden
- Rigoureus en kordaat, je kan gemakkelijk zelfstandig werken
- Proactiviteit en vastberadenheid behoren tot je belangrijkste kwaliteiten
- Je bent perfect tweetalig (frans & nederlands)

De meeste mensen denken dat extravert zijn voldoende is om een goede verkoper te zijn. Bij XLG geloven we dat een goede verkoper door 5 kenmerken gedefinieerd wordt:
Eerzaam: hij volgt en bereikt zijn richtpunten zowel op het vlak van resultaten als procedures.
* Smart : volgt (en verhoogt) hij zijn prospect tot het beëindigen van de verkoop.
* Ambitieus : zowel in zijn dagelijks werk als in zijn carrièredoelen.
* Productief: Bewust voor het belang van zijn rol, garandeert hij de winstgevendheid van het bedrijf.
* Klantgerichtheid: hij verbluft niet maar luistert. Verkopen = argumenteren en vragen beantwoorden.
De missie
Je verkoopt alle XLG-diensten in jouw geografische gebied.
Je prospecteert naar potentiële klanten via verschillende methodes (calls, huis-aan-huis, LinkedIn, meetings, netwerken, enz.).
Je wijst verkoopkansen aan. In samenwerking met onze Business Unit Managers verdedig je en onderhandel je over onze serviceaanbiedingen.
Je stuurt de hele verkoopcyclus aan, van de eerste klantbetrokkenheid tot het beëindigen van de verkoop.
Wekelijks rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de "Head of Sales" over je commerciële activiteiten en successen in het kader van de gezamenlijke gestelde doelstellingen.
