    • Beheer je jouw eigen klantenportfolio, zowel nationaal als internationaal.
    • Bouw je verder aan bestaande klantenrelaties én leg je nieuwe contacten.
    • Breng je klanten op de hoogte van nieuwe Learning Formats, Smart Templates & Smart Programs, en kijk je samen met hen of, en hoe, dit binnen hun organisatie kan ingezet worden.
    • Enthousiasmeer je onze klanten, niet enkel met woorden maar ook naar return-on-investment.
    • Neem je deel aan diverse beurzen als standhouders en ben je aanwezig op eigen events.
    • Ben je een trotse ambassadeur van onze organisatie en vertegenwoordig je ons op een positieve manier.
    Profiel

    Als Customer Success Manager heb je...

    • Relevante ervaring in sales binnen de technologie sector (bij voorkeur SaaS-oplossingen) en heb je de nodige affiniteit met technologische oplossingen.
    • Een passie voor het ondersteunen en verder uitbouwen van jouw klantenportfolio.
    • Een positieve mindset, een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een gezonde dosis assertiviteit.
    • Een "can do" attitude en ondernemersmentaliteit.

    • Ben je communicatief sterk in zowel Nederlands als Engels (spreken en schrijven), en kan je je aardig uit de slag trekken in het Frans.
    • Ben je ambitieus, energiek en gedreven, en heb je er alles voor over om met FLOWSPARKS verder de markt te veroveren.
