    Voor een vooruitstrevend familiebedrijf in de medische sector gelegen in Groot-Gent is Konnekt momenteel op zoek naar een gedreven AR Accountant om het finance team te versterken. Dit bedrijf is een sterk groeiende speler in de medische industrie en telt ondertussen een team van meer dan 300 werknemers . Het finance team staat alvast klaar om je met open armen te ontvangen Functieomschrijving
    • Je zorgt als Accounts Receivable Officer voor een efficiënte verwerking van alle inkomende betalingen , via verschillende kanalen.
    • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van achterstallige dossiers waarbij je contact onderhoudt met klanten met betalingsachterstand en je neemt de nodige stappen om de betalingen te regulariseren.
    • Het beheren van openstaande afschriften neem je voor jouw rekening. Je analyseert openstaande facturen en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling.
    • Je onderhoudt contact met interne en externe klanten en partners en je fungeert als het aanspreekpunt waarbij je hun vragen beantwoordt en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie.
    • Jij bent de master van de data . Je zorgt ervoor dat alle klantdata, productinformatie, etc. up-to-date zijn.
    • Je biedt ondersteuning bij het opmaken van verschillende rapporten en analyses over de financiële toestand van de organisatie.
    • Je signaleert knelpunten in de processen en voert controles uit op de boekhouding , hiervoor voorzie je oplossingen om de effectiviteit te optimaliseren.
    Profiel
    • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma in een administratieve of financiële richting , of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring .
    • Je hebt een grondige kennis van MS Office (meer bepaald Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Je ervaring met het programma Microsoft Navision Dynamics is een mooie extra.
    • Je bent taalvaardig en je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en je spreekt ook een woordje Frans .
    • Je werkt zelfstandig , maar ook in het team ben je een volwaardige medewerker .
    • Je hebt oog voor detail , je werkt je taken steeds nauwkeurig af en je bent klantgericht ingesteld.
