- Toezicht houden op het dagelijkse klantenserviceteam (ongeveer twintig mensen), inclusief het beheren van werkschema's;
- Zorgen voor een hoogwaardige klantenservice en complexe problemen snel oplossen voor meerdere merken.
- Prestatiedoelen opstellen en de effectiviteit van het team in het behalen ervan evalueren.
- Training en advies geven aan het team om de prestaties te verbeteren.
- Samenwerken met het projectmanagementteam om klantenserviceprocedures te verbeteren.
- Regelmatig rapporteren over de prestaties van het team aan de management.
- Perfecte beheersing van het Engels en uitstekende kennis van het Frans en Nederlands;
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een callcenter of vergelijkbare functie;
- Uitstekende communicatie- en leiderschapsvaardigheden.
- Vermogen om complexe problemen op te lossen en snel beslissingen te nemen.
- Kennis van moderne klantenservicetechnieken en Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Vermogen om onder druk te werken en stressvolle situaties op een kalme en effectieve manier te beheren.
- Als Teamleider Klantenservice speel je een cruciale rol in het behoud van de tevredenheid van de klanten en het verbeteren van hun ervaring.
- Een permanent contract (voorzien of niet van een interim-periode, afhankelijk van uw ervaring)
