- Conducting demonstrations of the HubSpot platform.
- Developing a plan to reach and exceed sales targets set.
- Ensuring the submission of precise forecast reports.
- Providing reports on activity levels and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Huble Marketing team to ensure the generation of inbound leads.
- Identify prospects who match our Ideal Customer Profile from various sources, resulting in qualified opportunities.
- Implement outreach programs to engage decision makers and influencers among identified prospects.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Mid-Senior years of experience in consulting or consultative sales.
- Have experience in a Consultancy or Agency with a strong focus on strategic marketing.

As the Head of Sales, your role will be vital in generating new revenue growth for Huble by actively seeking new clients and matching their needs to Huble solutions. To achieve this, you will conduct consulting sessions with potential clients to gain a solid understanding of their needs and objectives.
Leveraging your expertise in Digital, Marketing and Sales, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will provide strategic recommendations based (in proposal format with quotes) on our comprehensive range of service offerings, such as HubSpot CRM solutions, website experience and design, marketing, sales, and creative services. You will need strong negotiation skills to win the hearts and minds of prospects.
As this role will be supporting our French-speaking clients, we require someone who is fluent in speaking and writing French.
