- Realiseren van verbeteringen in een technische productieomgeving met behulp van lean technieken.
- Implementeren van 5S in de hele organisatie.
- Leiden van digitaliseringsinitiatieven en energie-efficiëntieprojecten in onze operationele afdelingen.
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met belangrijke stakeholders en interne klanten.
- Stimuleren van innovatie en ontwikkelen van business cases.
- Bachelor of masterdiploma in engineering, bij voorkeur in chemie of elektromechanica, met minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
- Expertise in verbetertechnieken en projectmanagement.
- Kennis van Lean Six Sigma methodologieën, bij voorkeur met een Black Belt certificering of de bereidheid om dit te behalen.
- Analytisch denkvermogen en besluitvaardigheid.
