    De SAP Release en Innovation Manager is verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en coördineren van SAP releases en innovatie-initiatieven binnen de organisatie. Deze rol omvat het plannen, uitvoeren en toezicht houden op releaseprocessen, evenals het identificeren en implementeren van innovatieve SAP-oplossingen die bedrijfsprocessen verbeteren, efficiëntie verhogen en competitief voordeel bieden.

    Hoofdactiviteiten

  • Release Management: Plannen, coördineren en uitvoeren van SAP release schema's, inclusief het beheer van versiecontrole en het waarborgen van de integriteit van de SAP-omgevingen door het releaseproces.
  • Innovatiebeheer: Identificeren, evalueren en implementeren van nieuwe SAP-functies, technologieën en innovaties die de bedrijfsvoering kunnen verbeteren. Samenwerken met stakeholders om behoeften te identificeren en technologische oplossingen voor te stellen.
  • Stakeholder Management: Fungeren als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor alle zaken met betrekking tot SAP releases en innovatieprojecten. Zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie en samenwerking tussen IT-teams, bedrijfsgebruikers en externe partners.
  • Risicobeheer: Identificeren en beheren van risico's geassocieerd met SAP releases en innovatie-initiatieven. Implementeren van strategieën om risico's te minimaliseren en de continuïteit van de bedrijfsvoering te waarborgen.
  • Kwaliteitsborging: Zorgen voor de kwaliteit en stabiliteit van SAP releases door middel van rigoureuze testprocedures en validatieprocessen.
  • Communicatie: Communiceert en overlegt met alle mogelijke partijen met als doel een draagvlak te creëren en actief de afstand tussen IT & business te overbruggen. Communiceert over de bestaande behoeften, mogelijke blinde vlekken en verbeteringsmogelijkheden

    • Vereisten

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in informatietechnologie, bedrijfskunde, of een gerelateerd veld.
  • Uitgebreide ervaring met SAP-systemen, inclusief kennis van SAP-moduleconfiguratie, ABAP-programmatie, releasebeheer en upgrade-processen.
  • Goede kennis van SAP ABAP om zodoende kwaliteitscontrole van opgeleverde code te kunnen volbrengen. Kennis van SAP Fiori is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met projectmanagement en agile ontwikkelingsmethodologieën.
  • Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en vermogen om multidisciplinaire teams te leiden.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Kennis van de nieuwste SAP-technologieën en -innovaties.
  • Vermogen om strategisch te denken en innovatie te stimuleren binnen de organisatie.
