- You develop and manage projects in Belgium by deploying people and resources.
- You monitor the budgets in order to optimally realize the project within the set deadlines and budgets.
- You closely follow-up on the execution deadlines and the construction site and order any necessary adjustments.
- You monitor the procedures and executions within the framework of safety/quality/environment.
- You have a commercial mindset.
- You make correct and clear agreements with the client, your own people and the subcontractors and ensure that they are fulfilled.
- You are in contact with various departments such as purchasing, calculations, dispatching and plants, etc.
- You preferably have a degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent through experience.
- You have a commercial mindset.
- Independent, stress resistant.
- You have excellent communication skills, have an excellent knowledge of English and you can express yourself in French.
