- Je staat in voor het beantwoorden en opvolgen van meldingen uit het amateur- en profvoetbal met betrekking tot discriminatie en racisme;
- Je verzamelt en beantwoordt de meldingen in eerste lijn en stuurt ze door naar de interne experten indien nodig;
- Je registreert de meldingen in een database waaruit statistieken worden getrokken;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor rapporteringverslagen;
- Je geeft feedback over terugkerende incidenten/vragen en formuleert voorstellen om deze in de toekomst te optimaliseren;
- In de mate van het mogelijke verleen je verdere administratieve ondersteuning aan het Departement Inclusie van de KBVB alsook aan de FSR-teams (van de KBVB en de vleugels).
- Je bezit een diploma talen, administratief beheer of sociaal maatschappelijk werk, of je hebt een eerste ervaring opgedaan in customer care;
- Multitasking is je op het lijf geschreven;
- Je hebt een goed analytisch vermogen;
- Je weet je aan te passen aan het publiek dat zich bij jou aanbiedt.
- Je hebt een perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands en het Frans. Een goede kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden, dit zowel in het Nederlands als het Frans;
- Je bent empathisch ingesteld en hebt een luisterend oor;
- Je gaat graag met mensen om en helpt ze graag zo goed mogelijk;

Come Together Support (M/V/X)
DIT WORDT JOUW FUNCTIE
Ieder voetbalactor (supporter, trainer, scheidsrechter, clublid, speler, speelster, ...) zou zich goed en aanvaard moeten voelen op en naast het veld. Elk persoon binnen het voetbal heeft, op zijn niveau, een belangrijke rol in het behouden van een positief en inclusief voetbalklimaat. Het is daarbij ook de verantwoordelijkheid van iedere voetbalactor om discriminatie en racisme te melden. Je zal instaan voor de meldpunten van de KBVB, Voetbal Vlaanderen en ACFF en de meldingen opvolgen. Het doel is om getuigen en slachtoffers van discriminatie en grensoverschrijdend gedrag te ondersteunen, begeleiden en een luisterend oor te zijn.
