- Vous assisterez l'équipe à la gestion administrative des dossiers 'RTL Events' : retroplanning, booking, envoi de briefing, contact avec les hôtesses/stewards, création de fiche, devis, facturation, commande de matériel ;
- Vous participerez activement à l'organisation d'événements d'envergures et vous accompagnerez l'équipe parfois sur le terrain : gestion VIP, gestion des loges artistes/animateurs, mise en place logistique,
- Vous interviendrez également dans le recrutement des hôtesses,
- Support pour nos diverses communications : création visuel, réflexion sur de nouveaux concepts, sur de nouvelles activations autour de nos marques.
- Vous êtes étudiant en communication-gestion d'événements, en administration ou en secrétariat,
- Vous avez des compétences rédactionnelles et une bonne orthographe,
- Vous entretenez de bonnes relations avec de nombreux interlocuteurs,
- Vous êtes débrouillard, organisé et rigoureux,
- Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et un bon esprit d'équipe,
- Vous faites preuve d'empathie, d'enthousiasme, de dynamisme,
- Vous maîtrisez les outils Office,
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de Photoshop.
- Un stage de minimum 3 mois (ou plus) - Stage conventionné et non rémunéré.
