Vous incarnerez notre marque et serez le principal point de contact pour toutes les opérations sur cette zone géographique.
Responsabilités Clés
- Stratégie de Marché : Élaborer une stratégie d'entrée et de développement sur ces marchés, incluant une analyse détaillée des concurrents et un positionnement tarifaire stratégique.
- Création et Gestion de la Filiale : Superviser tous les aspects de la création de la filiale, de la conformité légale et financière à l'établissement des opérations sur le terrain.
- Création et Gestion des centre d'épilation et de détatouage laser : Identifier les meilleures localisation pour établir nos centres, négocier les baux commerciaux, suivre les travaux d'aménagement, superviser tous les aspects pour rendre les centres opérationnels.
- Développement Commercial et Partenariats : Identifier les opportunités de croissance, négocier avec des partenaires locaux et établir des relations d'affaires solides pour assurer le succès de l'entreprise.
- Management et Recrutement : Construire, diriger et motiver une équipe locale (responsables de zone, personnel médical et paramédical...), en veillant à l'alignement avec les valeurs et les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Reporting et Communication : Assurer une communication fluide et régulière avec la direction internationale, en fournissant des rapports détaillés sur les progrès et les résultats.
- Éducation : Diplôme de niveau Bac +5 d'une école de commerce ou d'ingénieur.
- Expérience : Expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets et le développement d'activité commerciale, avec une préférence pour les candidats ayant une expérience dans le secteur médical et/ou dans la création d'entreprise.
- Compétences : Expertise en gestion de projet, et management d'équipe, développement d'activité commerciale. Connaissance approfondie des marchés Belges et Luxembourgeois et de leur environnements économiques.
- Qualités Personnelles : Leadership affirmé, capacités de communication et de négociation exceptionnelles, autonomie dans le travail, approche orientée résultats assorti d'un fort tempérament entrepreneurial.
- Langues : Parfaite maîtrise du français et excellente connaissance du Néerlandais et de l'anglais.
