- Als Young Sales Potential ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van ons sales team en het leveren van uitmuntende klantenervaringen in onze nieuwe experience store regio Gent (opening juni 2024).
- Je begeleidt klanten om hun droombadkamer samen te stellen met behulp van geavanceerde digitale tools, waardoor je een unieke en gepersonaliseerde verkoopervaring biedt. Hierbij creëer je een fantastische showroomervaring die klanten inspireert.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een team van 3 personen en je motiveert, enthousiasmeert en coacht hen om verkoopdoelen te behalen.
- Je staat in voor het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen van de showroom en je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten, medewerkers en jouw regiomanager
- Je houdt van verkopen en neemt een voorbeeldrol op tegenover je medewerkers door professioneel advies te verlenen, je positief op te stellen en klantgericht te handelen. Je weet het beste uit je team naar boven te halen en een dynamisch en resultaatgericht team te bouwen.
- Je bent recent afgestudeerd in de richting Interieurvormgeving / Bedrijfsmanagement / Sales / ... en als young potential wil je jouw eerste stappen zetten in sales management
- Je hebt een passie voor interieur en klantenbeleving
- We kunnen jou omschrijven als een digital native die vlot overweg kan met de nieuwste tools en mee is met de hedendaagse trends op vlak van interieurvormgeving
- Je bent sociaal, een teamplayer, assertief en innovatief
- Als verantwoordelijke van je showroom streef je naar een optimale werking en inspireer je het team tot een uitstekende samenwerking
- Je bent een hands-on people manager en je kunt jouw team coachen, bijsturen en naar een hoger niveau tillen.
- Je houdt van zaterdagwerk omdat we op dat moment het meeste klanten over de vloer krijgen. Elke zaterdag werken vormt voor jou geen probleem.
- Je bent volledig klaar om met veel goesting je stempel te drukken op de toekomst van badkamerbeleving
