    Description

    En tant que Gestionnaire de Flotte chez bpost, vous serez responsable de la gestion efficace de notre parc automobile. De la gestion des contrats de leasing à la coordination des livraisons de véhicules et à la mise à jour des systèmes, votre rôle est crucial pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de notre flotte.

    Assurer le suivi efficace de la boîte aux lettres de la flotte, en communiquant avec les sociétés de leasing et les compagnies d'assurance.
    - Être disponible sur site pour gérer tous les aspects liés à la livraison des voitures, aux cartes de carburant, et bien plus encore.
    - Gérer la passation des commandes, y compris la demande de devis et l'organisation de mini-concours.
    - Fournir des cartes de recharge et des cartes de carburant selon les besoins.
    - Mettre à jour le système Fleetwave pour assurer la précision des données.
    - Surveiller de près la consommation de carburant, la charge des véhicules, et suivre les kilomètres parcourus.
    - Veiller à l'état général des voitures de notre pool, en organisant les inspections, l'entretien et en garantissant leur propreté.

    Profile

    Vous possédez plusieurs années d'expérience dans l'administration des contrats de location liés aux entreprises et aux voitures de société.
    - Maîtrise active du français et du néerlandais, avec un fort sens du service clientèle.
    - Excellente connaissance des applications Office, en particulier d'Excel.
    - Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec l'équipe.
    - Flexibilité pour télétravailler 2 jours par semaine.
