Vous serez le support opérationnel et administratif aux départements qualité et recherche et développement.
• Situation hiérarchique et fonctionnelle :
-Vous serez membre de l'équipe HACCP.
-Vous travaillerez en relation avec le département commercial, achat, production.
-Vous serez en relation directe avec votre supérieur hiérarchique : responsable R&D et responsable qualité
• Finalités principales liées à la qualité :
Venir en support au département qualité pour :
-La création de fiches techniques
-Réalisation des audits internes
-Encodage des résultats d'analyses, des non conformités, module agro sur l'ERP
-Contrôle des batch record et notamment des enregistrements HACCP sur les dossiers de production
-Avoir connaissance des principes et exigences générales des certifications IFS food, MSC/ASC, bio et veiller à leur mise en œuvre.
• Finalités principales liées à la recherche et développement :
-Création de nouvelles recettes sur base du cahier des charges clients et demandes internes
-Amélioration des recettes actuelles : modification des recettes , sourcing des matières premières et optimisation de leur utilisation
-Préparation des échantillons pour la prospection client
-Industrialisation en atelier de production des nouveaux produits issus de la R&D
