- Je bent als Regional Controller verantwoordelijk voor de correcte verwerking van alle financiële transacties.
- Het beheer van de budgetten en de bewaking van de financiële gezondheid van de organisatie is een belangrijk onderdeel van je takenpakket.
- Je staat in voor de opmaak van de jaarrekening en andere financiële rapporten en rapporteert de financiële resultaten de directie.
- Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van efficiënte financiële processen en ze wereldwijd laten toepassen, is jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
- Je verzorgt de analyse van de financiële data en je identificeert trends en risico's en anticipeert op kritieke punten in samenspraak met het management.
- Je rapporteert naar de internationale autoriteiten en je fungeert als algemeen aanspreekpunt voor wettelijke audits.
- Je bent in het bezit van een Masterdiploma binnen boekhouden of economie of een gerelateerd expertisegebied.
- Daarnaast kan je minstens 3 jaar werkervaring voorleggen in een gelijkende functie.
- Je beschikt een grondige kennis van verschillende financiële processen, wettelijke verplichtingen en Treasury & Controlling.
- Je bent zeer vaardig met Excel en SAP is een mooie extra.
- Je begrijpt makkelijk bedrijfsprocessen, productieprocessen, producten en kostenstructuur op analytische wijze.
- Je bent een echte motivator en hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Werken volgens deadlines kent geen geheimen voor jou.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
