    DESCRIPTION MISSION

    Au sein d'un environnement agile, vous serez amené à :

    • Vous assurer l'implication de chaque membre dans le projet et surmonter les obstacles ensemble
    • Rendre l'équipe autonome, développer sa créativité et sa cohésion
    • S'assurer du bien-être de chaque membre des équipes
    • Être le protecteur et le facilitateur de l'équipe
    • Entretenir de bonnes relations avec le Product Owner
    • Favoriser la communication avec toutes les parties prenantes
    • Animer les cérémonies : rétrospective agile, daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint reviews

    PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

    Vous justifiez à minima d'une première expérience réussie en tant que scrum master.

    Vous avez une bonne connaissance des différents outils d'agilité.

    Vous disposez idéalement d'une certification.

    Vous parlez couramment anglais et français ou néerlandais .
