- Als operator alarmcentrale, verwerk je inkomende (telefonische en andere) alarmsignalen en oproepen volgens vastgelegde procedures en regels. Ditkunnen test-, brand- en/of inbraakalarmen zijn.
- Je controleert, interpreteert en verifieert de signalen door analyse en gerichte vraagstelling, je blijft kalm, stelt de oproeper gerust en begeleidt deze doorheen de te volgen procedures.
- Je verwerkt de oproepen en signalen volgens opgelegde processen en documenteert de handelingen die je doet in de database.
- Je zorgt dat de betrokken contactpersonen en/of (hulp)diensten voldoende op de hoogte zijn om te kunnen ingrijpen.
- Je behandelt oproepen en (alarm)signalen in het Nederlands en het Frans, op een vriendelijk en professionele manier.
- Je ondersteunt collega's bij moeilijke dossiers, deelt je kennis en ervaring met collega's en springt in waar nodig.
- Je bent operationeel tweetalig NL & FR, zeker mondeling, met goede schriftelijke basiskennis, kennis van een bijkomende taal is een pluspunt;
- Je bent klantvriendelijk, professioneel en discreet;
- Je hebt een basiskennis van pc & informatica;
- Je beschikt minstens over een diploma hoger middelbaar onderwijs;
- Je voldoet aan de uitoefeningsvoorwaarden(blanco strafregister, ...);
- Je beschikt over het bekwaamheidsattest 'operator alarmcentrale' = Badging WET TOBBACK
- Je bent flexibel, bereid om in shiften te werken, af en toe ook tijdens het weekend, de nacht en in een wachtsysteem;
- Je bent stipt en nauwkeurig: concreet respecteer je je shiften, je volgt de procedures en werkinstructies op basis van de opleiding, je rapporteert problemen en onnauwkeurigheden;
- Je bent plichtsbewust en stelt je collegiaal op naar het team.
- Een volledige opleiding tot Operator Alarmcentrale (formele training en coaching)
- Een team van enthousiaste collega's in wisselende shiften (dag, nacht, weekends)
- Contractvoorwaarden volgens PC 200 en na het voltooien van de opleiding en het behalen van de nodige certificaten en de ministeriële badge aanpassing van de contractvoorwaarden volgens PC 317 (Operationeel Bedienden Cat. OP3 STAT)
