Binnen de directie Financial Actuary Non Life maak je deel uit van een dynamisch team van actuarissen Non Life. Dat team is verantwoordelijk voor de analyses van de rentabiliteit van de diverse portefeuilles, de technische en boekhoudkundige provisionering, de economische rapportering en de becijferde prognoses, alsook voor het becijferd strategisch plan voor alle activiteiten niet-Leven van Belfius Insurance.Het bepaalt eveneens de technische guidelines die noodzakelijk zijn voor de productontwikkeling en verstrekt advies over de lancering van nieuwe producten en tarieven.
De job in een notendop
Met behulp van bestaande actuariële instrumenten of van instrumenten die je zelf bedenkt en ontwikkelt binnen het team, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volgende
Je focus staat meer in het validatie en analyse van datas.
De passiva modelleren en het niveau bepalen van de technische voorzieningen die moeten worden aangelegd in de diverse normen, en meewerken aan de validering van het reserveringsbeleid.
De resultaten analyseren, de prestatie-indicatoren op actuarieel en financieel vlak vastleggen en benutten met het oog op een rentabiliteitsanalyse van de portefeuilles in verband met het strategisch plan, en eventuele corrigerende maatregelen voorstellen; de ad-hocstudies die daartoe moeten dienen coördineren; de portefeuilles en de new business van de activiteit nuttig aanwenden.
De guidelines uitwerken en verspreiden die noodzakelijk zijn voor de ontwikkeling van de producten en die passen in het strategisch plan van Belfius.
De businessplannen uitwerken en valideren en de rentabiliteit van de nieuwe producten en tarieven analyseren, om de lancering ervan al dan niet te aanvaarden.
Actief deelnemen aan de coördinatievergaderingen met de teams Business, Product management en Schadebeheer, om daar de resultaten van de activiteiten toe te lichten en de nodige gegevens uit te wisselen voor de analyse ervan. Je staat eveneens in nauw contact met de Risk-teams en de actuariële functie.
De specifieke expertise uitbreiden voor elke verzekeringstak niet-Leven, elke dochteronderneming en elk distributiekanaal.
