DSV Road in Puurs is op zoek naar een Operations Assistent om hun team te versterken. Je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging van de onderaannemers. Daarnaast sta je ook in contact met hun chauffeurs en met de verschillende interne departementen.Jouw takenpakket:
- Opvolgen van de non-conformiteiten na lading van de distributiewagens;
- Controle op de afgeleverde documenten;
- Opvolging van de interne post en mailbox (afhaal-en leveropdrachten). Fouten, onduidelijkheden en afwijkingen communiceren aan de interne internationale planningsafdelingen;
- Aanmaken van verschillende transportdocumenten (CMR, ADR, ¿ );
- Instructies meegeven aan de betrokken chauffeurs;
- Opvolging van de vervoersopdrachten;
- Bijsturen van de transportplanning.
