    SASMAR is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Officer, Reception. With our headquarters based in Brussels, Belgium, and operations in Sydney, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Malta, London, and Chicago, we are a fast-growing pharmaceutical company that specializes in personal care and fertility products, including our renowned Conceive Plus brand. Our products are distributed in over 70 countries through various channels such as supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and drugstores.

    As a Client Services Officer, Reception at SASMAR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. You will provide excellent customer service and administrative support to various departments. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization while working in a diverse and exciting environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
    • Assist with managing schedules and coordinating appointments.
    • Provide information and assistance to clients regarding our products and services.
    • Process orders, track shipments, and handle product inquiries.
    • Maintain and update client records and databases.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.
    • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient client service delivery.
    • Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and events.

    Requirements

    • Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle difficult situations professionally.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
