- Je geeft technisch advies aan onze klanten over specifieke vragen wat betreft onze tooling producten (dit zijn professionele gereedschappen, hoofdzakelijk machines en handgereedschap).
- Je gebruikt jouw verkoopvaardigheden om nieuwe diensten, oplossingen en producten aan te bieden aan onze klanten. Hierbij zet je promoties extra in de kijker.
- Je analyseert de behoeften van de klant en stelt passende oplossingen voor.
- Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve, commerciële en technische opvolging van offertes en bestellingen.
- Je ondersteunt de vertegenwoordigers in commerciële en technische taken.
- Dankzij onze opleidingen blijf je op de hoogte van nieuwe producten en trends binnen de tertiaire markt.

Onder verantwoordelijkheid van de Regio Segment Manager Industrie, sta jij in voor het behalen van de commerciële doelstelling van de regio door een correcte administratieve, commerciële en technische behandeling van de vragen van onze klanten.
Als Internal Specialist Tooling (M/V/X) zal dit jouw missie zijn:

Jouw profiel? Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd (elektriciteit, elektromechanica, industriële wetenschappen,...) of je hebt hetzelfde niveau bereikt door jouw ervaring als Specialist Tooling. Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met tooling. Tot slot spreek je vloeiend Nederlands en Frans.
Jouw troeven om te slagen? Je bent flexibel, sociaal en hebt een sterke teamgeest. Je hebt een uitgebreide technische expertise waardoor je kan inspelen op de behoeften van de klanten. Je begrijpt de behoeften van onze klanten en toont een echt gevoel voor service.
