- Liaise with functional team and business users to define development requirements
- Review existing operations, implement new ideas and ensure the required continuous improvement outcomes are delivered Document and draw up procedures
- Work effectively with other global ICT competence teams to discuss and recommend complex and/or innovative technical developments to improve quality of the developments
- Support the Technical Architect in the documentation of complex "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the required changes
- Developing technical specifications for SAP custom report or interface or enhancement or form to solve complex business problems based on end user functional requirements
- Developing programs that conform to the functional and technical specification
- Planning and executing unit testing, string testing, and integration testing
- Support all levels of testing, problem solving and bug fixing
- Performance tuning of program
- Define and assign authorization roles and profiles to users
- Analyze and resolve user authorization issues
- Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
- Good ABAP Consultant with Fiori knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with ABAP developments
- Background in SAP ABAP Development
- Basis process industry experience
- S4 projects completed
- Project implementation experience with SAP ERP and S/4HANA
- CDS Views and BTP experience is a plus
- Proactive communication
- Able to work independently
- Team player, open to collaborate within a multicultural and global context, with good communication skills in Dutch-English or French-English, both written and verbally
