- Je staat in voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van een effectieve Microsoft 365-gebruikersacceptatiestrategie.
- Je creëert trainingsmaterialen en je organiseert webinars en workshops voor eindgebruikers.

- Je bezit een masterdiploma informatica of handelsingenieur of gelijkwaardige competenties door ervaring.

- Je hebt een aantoonbare kennis van Microsoft 365-producten, waaronder Teams, SharePoint en het Power Platform.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve en didactische vaardigheden voor het ontwikkelen en geven van trainingen.
- Je beschikt over een analytisch denkvermogen en het vermogen om gebruikersbehoeften te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen.
- Je beschikt over een goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels.
- Je gaat klantvriendelijk, integer, creatief, kwaliteitsgericht en samenwerkingsgericht te werk.
- Je kan goed plannen, organiseren en zelfstandig werken.

- Je ontvangt een bruto maandwedde als expert binnen de gradenvork van de loonschalen van het Administratief en Technisch Personeel. Je aanvangsgraad hangt af van je relevante professionele ervaring. Bij een deeltijdse aanstelling wordt je salaris pro rata berekend op basis van het tewerkstellingspercentage.
