    Description:
    • Offering customer support via phone and tickets, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Handling and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
    • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the products, services, and procedures to provide accurate solutions.
    • Partnering with sales and technical teams to enhance the customer experience and address complex issues.
    • Overseeing office supplies inventory, guaranteeing adequate stock levels and organization.
    • Contributing to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
    Profile:
    • Essential qualifications include prior experience in customer support, office management, or a related field.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
    • Proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time in a dynamic setting.
    • Demonstrate initiative and autonomy in your work.
    Language Skills:
    • Fluency in English and German is necessary.
    • Proficiency in French and/or Dutch is advantageous.
