- Drive process efficiency together with the Global Process Owner (GPO)
- Support the design, implementation, documentation, training management of Lhoist end-to-end Procurement processes, systems, and tools (i.e. S/4H MM/PM/VIM/BW/etc, Coupa, Concur)
- Support GPO in identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities, innovation and transformation
- Central point of contract for Master Data activities, including Suppliers Onboarding and Catalogue enablement
- Develop and maintain detailed process models and vocabulary;
- Ensure central storage and availability of all processes and user support documentation;
- Manage the support platforms (ticket management);
- Formalize and communicate defined processes to ensure adoption;
- Ensure applicability and compliance of the standard processes defined;
- Perform analysis and make evidence-based recommendation.
- Serve as primary contact for the supplier enablement workstream for all Lhoist Entities
- Guide new suppliers during onboarding process through the Lhoist Supplier Management Portal
- Maintain Supplier master data management, including supplier's documents (certificates, bank information, etc.)
- Act as the primary contact person for catalog enablement: Coordinate with suppliers to collect required information, ensure catalogs are setup in accordance with negotiated agreements
- Propose improvements to the catalog management processes and ensure standard processes are followed

- Firm understanding of Third Party contractual relationships
- Good IT experience, including excellent spreadsheet shills ans SAP knowledge
- Fluent in French & English, proficient in another European language is a plus
