- Assisting in the development of a management strategy in, among others, public sector, corporates or banking.
- Defining and improving operational processes and procedures.
- Analyzing organizations and writing reports.
- Doing market research (quantitative/qualitative).
- Involvement in transformation projects.
- Support the further growth and development of the public sector, corporates or banking practice.
- This includes the design of new service offerings, follow-up on trends and sector evolution, and engage in networking activities.
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or another quantitative field; or a bachelor's degree with significant experience.
- Experience in consulting or advisory services within the Public Sector, Finance, Corporate, Banking, Transformation, Costing & Profitability Management, Financial Reporting.
- Significant affinity with public accounting, financial services, financial process analysis, and process improvement.
- Very strong numerical and analytical skillset with excellent communication skills in written and verbal form.
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch or French (or both), and English.
- Enthusiastic about working in a project-based environment.
- Strong client orientation & a real team player.
- A natural ambition & high motivation.
