    Zijn glasvezel- en elektriciteitsnetwerken helemaal jouw ding en ben je daarnaast een geboren leider ? Door de groei van onze activiteiten zijn op zoek naar een Head of Design and Engineering om ons Design-team te versterken. Als Head of Design and Engineering ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp en de implementatie van netwerken en voor het aanvragen en verkrijgen van de verschillende vergunningen voor de uitrol van Fiber-netwerken.
    Netwerkarchitectuur en planning:
    Samen met het team ontwerp je de architectuur van glasvezel- en elektriciteitsnetwerken, inclusief routing, verbindingen en distributiepunten.
    Je werkt nauw samen met onze technische teams om de optimale netwerkconfiguratie te bepalen en ervoor te zorgen dat het ontwerp voldoet aan de capaciteitsvereisten en toekomstige groei.
    Je leidt de design- en engineeringsafdeling van planning tot uiteindelijke oplevering van plannen en vergunningen, volgens de afspraken met de verschillende projectmanagementteams en eindklanten.
    Deze functie omvat tevens het opstellen van projectplannen, coördinatie van teams, voortgangsbewaking en rapportage van KPI's en SLA's.
    Je bent verantwoordelijk voor effectieve backwards planning en stuurt waar nodig bij.
    Je waarborgt de kwaliteit van het netwerkontwerp door prestatietests uit te voeren, knelpunten te identificeren en technische uitdagingen op te lossen.
    Je bewaakt het budget en zorgt voor effectief gebruik van middelen door kosten te evalueren, te onderhandelen met leveranciers en uitgaven te optimaliseren.
    Als Head of Design and Engineering blijf je op de hoogte van de laatste technologische ontwikkelingen en pas je deze kennis toe om innovatieve oplossingen te ontwerpen die de concurrentiepositie van het bedrijf versterken.
    Dankzij jouw ervaring weet je perfect hoe je een nieuwe uitdaging aanpakt en tot een goed einde brengt.
    Ervaring met software en applicaties zoals Project Management, MS Office en kennis van Comsofe, ArcGis, Geostruct, Marlin, QGIS en CAD is een pluspunt.
    Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
