    Power Tools Distribution is een dynamische en groeiende organisatie die ernaar streeft wereldklasse te zijn in de logistiek. Als distributiecentrum dat drie Business Areas bedient, zijn wij toegewijd aan de waarden van de Atlas Copco Groep. Omdat onze huidige Management Accountant een nieuwe rol opnam, zijn we op zoek naar een getalenteerde en gedreven persoon om ons team te versterken als Sales & Sustain Controller.

    Functie

    De Sales & Sustain Controller speelt een cruciale rol bij het beheer en rapporteren van onze financiële activiteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat we voldoen aan wetterlijke vereisten en biedt strategische financiële ondersteuning. Deze functie vereist een diepgaand begrip van zowel financiële als duurzaamsheidsprincipes. Bovendien is het van groot belang dat je effectief kunt samenwerken met multifunctionele teams om onze doelen te bereiken.

    Verantwoordelijkheden

    Sales Controlling, dit omvat:

  • Tijdige en accurate rapportering van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarcijfers aangaande Sales en COGS.
  • Management accounting, analyse en visualisering van Sales en COGS data.
  • Onderzoek van technische boekhoudkundige kwesties met het oog op compliance vereisten.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole op masterdata met betrekking tot Sales en COGS.
  • Meewerken aan de voorbereiding van financiële audits.

    • Sustain Controlling:

    Als Sustain Controller bouw je mee aan de toekomstige rapportering. Als distributiecentrum dragen we bij aan het bevorderen van duurzaamheid. Vanuit deze functie werk je aan het future-ready duuzaamheidsplatform dat instaat voor het tijdig en nauwkeurig rapporteren van de kwartaal- en jaarcijfers met betrekking tot duurzaamheid. Jouw inzichten vanuit de rapportering zijn van groot belang om aan te geven waar verdere acties inzake duurzaamheid nodig zijn. Daarnaast ondersteun je onze bedrijfsactiviteiten en documenteer je onze bedrijfsprocessen om interne controles te versterken.

    Finance functies, andere:

    Esker administrator rol en project management.

    Rapportering naar de Nationale Bank van België.

    Ondersteuning bank en treasury activiteiten, alsook BTW aangiftes.

    Je draagt actief bij aan initiatieven voor continue verbeteringen van onze processen en de ontwikkeling van financiële strategieën en langetermijnplanning.

    Vereisten

    Je hebt minimum een bachelordiploma in financiën, economie of bedrijfskunde, en bij voorkeur een paar jaar boekhoudkundige en financiële ervaring.
    Je beschikt over geavanceerde kennis van MS Office en SAP en hebt een solide digitale competentie.
    Je legt een sterke nadruk op kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid, stiptheid en ordelijkheid.
    Je kunt werken onder korte deadlines en bent stressbestendig.
    Je bent zelfstandig, maar werkt ook graag samen en je hebt communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.
    Bovendien heb je een gezonde interesse in duurzame bedrijfsvoering en de rapportering daarvan.
