- Je betrekt alle relevante stakeholders binnen de organisatie om alle aspecten van het project te belichten;
- Je faciliteert gegevensuitwisseling tussen Sharp en onze klanten via de daarvoor bestemde software applicaties;
- Je werkt je op als expert op het gebied van serialisatie;
- Je hebt contact met onze internationale farmaceutische klanten;
- Je werkt aan projecten voor onze Belgische en Nederlandse vestigingen. Je onderhoudt contacten met onze collega's in de VS.
- Master denkniveau
- Vaardigheid om verschillende softwaretoepassingen aan te leren, zoals ERP- en CRM- toepassingen;
- Kennis van MS Project en MS Office 365;
- Vloeiende communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Affiniteit met Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is een plus;
- Ervaring als projectcoördinator is een plus;
- Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset;
- Gedrevenheid en oog voor detail.

Bij Sharp Services zal je een cruciale rol krijgen in het proces van de wereldwijde Track & Trace van de farmaceutische producten die wij verpakken. Als projectcoördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van de Track & Trace vereisten (serialisatie) voor onze klanten en producten. Met je team werk je nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om deze projecten succesvol af te ronden. Daarnaast ben je het contactpunt tussen de klant en Sharp bij het bespreken en vastleggen van de Track & Trace vereisten.
