    Medewerker Risk Departement

    Als medewerker riskmanagement ben je verantwoordelijk voor de identificatie, evaluatie, opvolging en rapportering van de operationele risico's in de organisatie.

    Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je evalueert op permanente basis de risico's van de organisatie. Je volgt operationele incidenten, je voert tweedelijnscontroles uit en analyseert Key Risk Indicators.
  • Je bespreekt risico-analyses en monitoringsactiviteiten met de betrokken partijen, formuleert verbeteringsacties, organiseert algemene sensibiliseringsacties voor medewerkers en formuleert antwoorden op ad- hocvragen.
  • Je werkt mee aan de semestriële rapportering voor de directie, en aan de jaarlijkse update van wettelijk verplichte rapporteringen zoals het Business Continuity Plan, Risk Apetite Framework, ICAAP/ILAAP en het Recovery Plan. Als riskmanager zal je nauw samenwerken met de andere controlefuncties (interne audit en compliance) en met de verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie.

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een economische richting.
  • Je hebt (een eerste) werkervaring in de financiële sector in riskmanagement of in een andere controlefunctie.
  • Je neemt vlot initiatief, anticipeert op mogelijke problemen en zoekt mee naar een oplossing.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en overtuigend.
  • Je werkt accuraat en hebt een kritische ingesteldheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en je kan terugvallen op een goede kennis Frans en Engels.
