- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en implementatie van alle activiteiten met betrekking tot Veiligheid (40%)en LEAN management (60%)in het distributiecentrum.
- Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de Manager Logistiek, Manager Warehouse, Manager Transport en de Preventieadviseur.
- Je analyseert en identificeert proactief noden in en rond het distributiecentrum en ontwikkelt lokale initiatieven voor continue verbetering.
- Je meet, evalueert en rapporteert de resultaten en deelt best practices met je collega's in de andere distributiecentra en het nationale team.
- Je staat in voor het opmaken, onderhouden en optimaliseren van logistieke en veiligheidsprocedures .
- Je voert regelmatig observaties en veiligheidscontroles uit waarbij je nagaat of de interne procedures gevolgd worden. Je coacht en begeleidt onze magazijnmedewerkers in het optimaliseren van hun werkmethodes.
- Je verzorgt formele en informele training en coaching en treedt op als mentor voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers op het gebied van continous improvement, health & safety .
- Bij voorkeur heb je een bachelor en/of een 2-tal jaar relevante ervaring in een coachende rol binnen logistiek of een andere sector
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring met het werken met LEAN tools en de bijbehorende training
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel. Kennis van SAP WMS is een plus.
- Je spreekt zowel Nederlands als Frans, zodat de samenwerking met jouw collega's vlot verloopt. Een kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een passie voor coaching, training en om jezelf en anderen continu te ontwikkelen. Het schrikt je niet af om voor een groep te spreken.
