    Vous agirez en tant que point de contact principal pour les clients B2B. Vos responsabilités incluent principalement le traitement complet des commandes B2B de l'encodage à la facturation.

    Notre client, une entreprise Française spécialisée dans le marché de l'optique propose des produits uniques alliant modernité et accessibilité. En plein essor, elle élargit ses activités avec le développement de sa propre chaîne de magasins partout en Europe.

    Missions

    Faisant partie intégrante du département commercial, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

    • Traitement et suivi des commandes B2B de l'encodage à la facturation
    • Gestion des documents douaniers,
    • Maintient de la relation clients par téléphone et/ou email,
    • Support au département logistique,
    • Support aux KAM.

    Profil du candidat

    Le candidat idéal possède les qualités suivantes :

    • Compétences relationnelles et commerciales développées, à l'aise avec l'usage du téléphone,
    • Rigueur et attention aux détails,
    • Bon niveau d'anglais (écrit et oral),
    • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans l'Administration des Ventes B2B,
    • La connaissance des Incoterms est un plus.
