    Beschrijving
    • Orderverwerking: Het aannemen en verwerken van orders van klanten, inclusief het controleren van beschikbaarheid van producten, het plannen van levering of verzending, en het vastleggen van orderdetails in het systeem.
    • Communicatie naar klanten: Het fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over bestellingen, leveringen, facturatie en betalingen.
    • Samenwerking met andere afdelingen: Dit om ervoor te zorgen dat het order-to-cash-proces soepel verloopt.
    • Facturatie en betalingsbeheer: Het voorbereiden en versturen van facturen naar klanten, het bewaken van openstaande betalingen en het opvolgen van achterstallige betalingen.
    • Procesverbetering: Actief deelnemen aan procesverbetering om de efficiëntie en klanttevredenheid te verhogen.

    We zijn op zoek naar een Customer Service OTC met reeds ervaring in een customer service of administratief ondersteunende functie. Vloeiend in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

    • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden: Helder en effectief te communiceren, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
    • Klantgerichtheid: Sterke focus op klanttevredenheid en het vermogen om klanten op een professionele te helpen.
    • Analytisch denkvermogen
    • Organisatorische vaardigheden: Goed in het beheren van meerdere taken en prioriteiten stellen.
    • Teamspeler: Bereidheid om samen te werken met andere teams.
    • Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail
    • Probleemoplossend vermogen: In staat om snel en effectief problemen te identificeren en op te lossen.
