    Wat houdt deze vacature in?

    'Customer Management' is verantwoordelijk voor de volledige levenscyclus van alle klanten; van particulieren tot grote bedrijven. Dat begint bij de onboarding van nieuwe klanten via digitale kanalen en via onze kantoren. Ook daarna zorgen we ervoor dat alle klantgegevens up-to-date en volledig blijven.

    Die klantgegevens helpen ons onder meer om risico's in te schatten en witwaspraktijken te voorkomen . Als beheerder van deze centrale database zijn we bovendien betrokken in zowat alle grote investeringen.

    Als System Architect versterk je een agile release train , waarin je onder meer nauw samenwerkt met andere systeemarchitechten en senior analisten. Samen met hen ontwikkel je een architecturale visie voor Customer Management en ondersteun je de delivery teams om nieuwe features effectief op te leveren.

    Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je definieert en communiceert een 'fit for purpose' technische en architecturale visie voor Customer Management .
  • Je beschrijft de oplossingsarchitectuur met de belangrijkste componenten en hun interfaces.
  • Samen met de technische teams in onze agile release train weeg je alternatieven af ten opzichte van elkaar en werk je oplossingen uit. Je brengt iedereen op dezelfde golflengte rond de technische richting .
  • Je werkt samen met senior analisten uit verschillende teams rond voorstudies . Jij bent trekker, coach en facilitator.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de adoptie van de services uit de service to delivery-organisatie en zorgt ervoor dat ze mee landen in de planning.

  • Je hebt een ICT-achtergrond en ervaring met: een architectuur uittekenen; niet-functionele vereisten in kaart brengen.
  • Je houdt ervan om input te analyseren en te synthetiseren. Zo ben je snel inhoudelijk mee en kom je tot doeltreffende oplossingen.
  • Complexe materie op een heldere manier uitleggen? Dat doe je vlot in het Nederlands en Engels . Ook aan collega's zonder technische achtergrond.
  • Tijdens projecten hou je de touwtjes graag in handen. Je bent sterk in organiseren en volgt proactief op.
  • Je bent overtuigd van de meerwaarde van agile werken en dat merken we: je houdt van samenwerken met anderen en learnings delen om het steeds beter te doen.
