    Voor een bedrijf in hartje Brussel zijn we op zoek naar een fulltime Facility Operator met een passie voor de sector.

    Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor allerhande klussen op de site. Je noteert en verwerkt aanvragen. Dit kan gaan van een aanvraag om lampen te vervangen, schilderwerken of de vergaderzalen gebruiksklaar maken. Je hebt ook wederkerende taken die je op regelmatige basis uitvoert. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met enkele collegas en een facility coördinator.

    Je taken:

  • Technische klusjes -> lamp vervangen, klink vastzetten, koffiemachines vullen/nakijken
  • Leveranciers begeleiden
  • Zaalopstelling voor events
  • Managementcomité tafels zetten en opdienen -> zeker bedrijfskledij voorzien
  • Vervoer van gedelegeerd personeel indien nodig
  • Beheren van het economaat (bestellen van drank en keukenbenodigdheden, kleine aankopen, )
