    Je bent de spilfiguur voor de succesvolle end-to-end planning en uitvoering van strategische technologie projecten met impact op het domein beleggingen. De strategie 2025, de digitale technologieën en evoluties binnen de wetgeving maken dit een zeer boeiend gebied. Zo werk je mee aan innovatieve oplossingen die betekenisvol en baanbrekend zijn voor onze invest klanten.

    De job in een notendop

    Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en coördineren van de verschillende streams binnen een strategisch project volgens de Agile approach (behoefteanalyse, scope, ontwikkeling, testen, oplevering en documentatie). Je beheerst ook het inhoudelijke aspect en vertolkt de rol van centraal aansprekingspunt.

    Je volgt de verschillende streams van jouw project op doorheen de fases van de projectlevenscyclus. Je garandeert een planmatige aanpak, hanteert de gepaste governance (timing, budget, resources) en staat in voor de kwaliteit van de oplossing.

    Als senior projectleider zal je met quasi alle domeinen binnen de bank in aanraking komen.

    Je identificeert projectrisico's en werkt indien nodig noodscenario's uit.

    Als people-minded projectleider coach je en faciliteer je - samen met je team lead - de Scrum teams bestaande uit engineers en analisten.

    Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

    een universitair diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

    minimum 6 jaar relevante ervaring als projectleider, bij voorkeur van strategische projecten

    een passie voor technologie en interesse in de allernieuwste ontwikkelingen

    een vlotte communicatie (NL, FR, EN) naar technische en niet-technische profielen

    coaching vaardigheden en teamspirit

    Je scoort extra met

    ervaring in de bancaire sector, specifiek binnen het invest domein
