Samen met de centrale IT afdeling werk je aan een optimaal draaiende IT-omgeving.

Wat wordt jouw uitdaging? Je zorgt voor de support voor eindgebruikers zowel op kantoor als in onze fabrieken.
Je registreert en beantwoordt IT-vragen in TOPdesk.
Je verleent het nodige advies en ondersteunt eindgebruikers ten aanzien van vraagstukken op eigen vakgebied.
Bij diepgaande technische vragen werk je samen met je collega's aan een oplossing.
Je bent te allen tijde verantwoordelijk voor de klanttevredenheid ten aanzien van de verrichte werkzaamheden.
Je zorgt voor ontvangst, registratie en uitlevering van nieuwe hard- en software.
Je staat in voor administratieve taken: opstellen, controleren en beheren van documentatie en administratie over infrastructuur, applicatie, gebruikers en productie.
Je behoudt een goede verstandhouding met in- en/of externe stakeholders.
Je leidt kleine projecten, coördineert eenvoudige changes en participeert in complexe changes.
Naar wie zijn we op zoek? Je hebt al 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
Je beschikt over een afgeronde IT gerelateerde opleiding.
Kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels is vereist.
Je beschikt over actuele kennis van IT-middelen voor het oplossen van complexe incidenten en problemen op het gebied van IT.
Kennis van ITIL is wenselijk.
Je neemt initiatief en werkt proactief mee aan plannen/voorstellen.
Je stelt de juiste prioriteiten en kan zelfstandig aan de slag.
Je bent woonachtig in de regio Antwerpen/Gent en bereid om op verplaatsing te gaan.
Je ben klant en servicegericht en hebt geen 9-tot-5 mentaliteit.
