  • Pfizer Puurs is de grootste productiesite van Europa binnen het Pfizer netwerk.
  • De functie situeert zich in de afdeling Aseptic 1 - filling.

    • Rol omschrijving:

  • Na een intensieve opleidingsperiode word je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, coördineren en coachen van de activiteiten van een groep operatoren. We geloven sterk in team werk Daarom zijn onderstaande taken wel typisch voor de Team Lead Production, maar staat het uiteindelijke resultaat van het team boven alles.

    • Takenpakket:

  • Je staat in voor de dagdagelijkse operaties en anticipeert correct op concrete situaties.
  • Je verwerft inzicht in de totale value stream om proactief beslissingen te nemen zodat veiligheid, kwaliteit, output en efficiëntie gewaarborgd blijven. Je hanteert hierin principes als lean & six sigma.
  • Je voert kwaliteitsonderzoeken uit in samenspraak met het team.
  • Je durft beslissingen te nemen en kan duidelijke prioriteiten stellen op basis van haalbaarheid van de omgeving op dat moment.
  • Je maakt een middellange termijn visie op voor je team en communiceert hierover op een transparante manier.
  • Je werkt mee aan de uitbouw en ontwikkeling van de organisatie en je team. Je waakt over de flexibiliteit binnen het team en ondersteunt polyvalentie waar nodig.
  • Je acties kaderen in een sfeer van overleg en kennisoverdracht en zijn o.a. gericht op het verhogen van de performantie/inzetbaarheid van de productielijnen en je medewerkers.
  • Je participeert in aanwervingen en voert zelfstandig sollicitatiegesprekken zodat in het team steeds een goede balans en sfeer aanwezig is.
  • Je zorgt voor continuïteit in kennisoverdracht, borgingsacties, onderhouden van werksystemen enz.
  • Je bent het interne aanspreekpunt in het kader van audits, projecten binnen en buiten de eigen afdeling. Je faciliteert hieraan verbonden activiteiten.

  • Je hebt een eerste werkervaring achter de rug in een productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende leidinggevende capaciteiten en sociale vaardigheden.
  • Je ben communicatief en durft alle mogelijke gesprekken aan te gaan. Je hebt een correcte en open communicatiestijl
  • Passie voor organisatieontwikkeling en een extra zintuig voor organisatorische gevoeligheden
  • Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en mogelijkheid om snel te kunnen schakelen.
  • Kan dingen gedaan krijgen door het eigen enthousiasme.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken met de vaste nacht shift.

    De Pfizer site in Puurs is één van de grootste productie- en verpakkingssites van Pfizer wereldwijd, gespecialiseerd in aseptische productie en verpakking. Jaarlijks worden in Puurs meer dan 400 miljoen doses injecteerbare vaccins en medicijnen geproduceerd. Deze zijn ter plaatse verpakt in ampullen, flacons, plastic flessen, spuiten en patronen voor pennen.

    De medicijnen die in Puurs worden gemaakt, zijn bestemd voor patiënten in meer dan 170 landen wereldwijd. 30% van de productie uit Puurs is bestemd voor ontwikkelingslanden, in samenwerking met UNICEF, WHO, GAVI en ngo's.

    Met het gebruik van twee windturbines, zonnepanelen en een warmtekrachtcentrale richten we ons op hernieuwbare energie.
