- Je beheert van A tot Z de bestelling procedure van materialen en diensten. Denk hierbij aan bestellingen plaatsen, verwerken van orders, opvolgen van bestellingen en facturatie.
- Je beantwoordt alle interventieaanvragen en stuurt (in samenspraak met de Service Engineer) de meest geschikte technieker om de interventie uit te voeren. Uiteraard hou je ook de klanten geïnformeerd over het verloop van de interventies.
- Je maakt de planning op en sluit werkorders af in samenspraak met de Contract Manager.
- Je staat in voor de opvolging en aanvragen van gereedschappen en uitrustingen voor de techniekers. Daarnaast volg je facturen op en maak je jaarbons op voor o.a. keuringen, kantoormateriaal, afvalverwerking,...
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige operationele uitvoering en opvolging van het volledige aankooproces van bepaalde grondstoffen, materialen en/of diensten.
- Je zorgt voor een opvolging van bepaalde HR gebonden topics. Denk hierbij aan het opvragen, ingeven en opvolgen van de uren van de techniekers, maar ook: ziekte, verlof, medische keuring,...
- Je hebt reeds een 1e ervaring opgedaan waarbij je in contact stond met klanten. Heb je daarbovenop affiniteit met de technische/HVAC wereld? Dat is zeker een troef
- Vlot kan werken met PC en Office. Kennis van SAP is mooi meegenomen.
- Je vlot kan uitdrukken in Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Bekend staat voor je nauwkeurigheid en klantgerichtheid. Iemand met oog voor detail en ten dienste van de klant, dat is wat we zoeken.
